Personal Injury Case Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish).

Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Communicate with clients.
  • Follow up regularly.
  • Track medical treatment and records.
  • Assist with resolving property damage claims.
  • Coordinate lost wage documentation; 
  • Provide support to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients throughout their cases.
